Integrated Tradeshow Program
 
Working within pharmaceutical industry regulations and strict convention regulations prohibiting traditional methods of communicating product information (such as professional theater presentations), Berlex needed a pro-active strategy to help staff engage physicians.

Live Marketing helped Berlex develop an integrated program to bring their MS drug messaging and new product branding to life that included:

  • Overall consultation and development of the strategy and creative approach for the booth environment’s high-level layout
  • Pre-event marketing (room-drop)
  • Strategy and creative approach for five environmental interactive kiosks
  • Media production for the kiosks—which featured real-time polling—and a large multimedia wall display
  • Staffing, including seven booth ambassadors (some multi-lingual), an on-site director and kiosk programmer
  • A customized training workshop for Berlex staff
  • A measurement program including establishing measurable objectives; at-event attendee booth survey; booth audit; and competitive analysis
  • Overall program management
Over 1,000 attendees completed a kiosk survey—nearly 20% of the entire show’s attendees! In addition, over 90% of respondents expressed a greater likelihood of prescribing the MS drug as a result of their visit.
