Integrated Tradeshow Program
 
LANDesk Software was preparing for a major product release, but in order to be successful, they needed to create a strong brand impression, and make contact with and persuade qualified prospects to try its software.

Limited to a 10 x 10 booth because of the tradeshow’s format, LANDesk enlisted Live Marketing to develop and implement an innovative tradeshow program to create a BIG experience in a small booth. The program included:

  • Strategic planning, including setting clear, measurable objectives
  • Creative strategies and theme development
  • Content development and scripting
  • Pre-event marketing (eVite and printed mailer)
  • A guerilla marketing program to drive attendees to the booth
  • A modular in-booth presentation that could be anywhere from two to eight minutes in length to accommodate attendees’ interest
  • Staffing, including a guerilla marketer and professional presenter
  • Media production
  • A measurement program to identify high-quality leads and facilitate post-show follow-up
LANDesk overwhelmingly exceeded its goals for the show. According to LANDesk’s Partner Marketing Manager, “ITxpo gave us the greatest percentage ROI of any show we’ve ever done.”
