Based on your objectives, Live Marketing creates the tour strategy, creative concept, and script. Tour length depends of number of stops and activities at each stop, but average guided Booth Tours range from 10 to 15 minutes.
On a regularly scheduled basis, professional Crowd Gatherers pro-actively invite attendees to take the tour, assemble groups, and facilitate badge scanning/lead collection. Then, a professional Tour Guide gives a brief introduction, and takes attendees to the designated tour stops/activities to deliver short scripted messaging. Depending on show/association regulations, attendees can also use headsets to ensure your message is clearly heard.
At the end of the tour, the Tour Guide delivers a brief wrap-up with an invitation for attendees to spend more time in the exhibit. Participants are also typically rewarded with a small gift.
Guided Booth Tours can also be part of a VIP strategy; tours can be specially scheduled in advance, or done on an ad hoc basis once in-booth meetings are complete.
