Google: Google Cloud Security Summit - Elevate23
Google wanted to find ways to keep engagement high during their annual Security Summit, part of the Google Cloud Summit series.
CHALLENGE
Attendees to Google’s Cloud Security Summit would learn about the latest technologies and strategies to protect from emerging threats. With lots of in-depth information being shared across two tracks and three days, Google turned to Live Marketing for a creative way to keep attendees energized and engaged throughout the summit.
STRATEGY
We introduced "The Elevator," a live emcee/DJ who kept the energy up by consistently interacting with attendees—spinning tunes, conducting interviews, and hyping up the crowd between sessions.
IMPACT
Attendees happily shared their excitement to be at the event when interviewed:
“I wanted it to be impactful and build some learning paths, solve some problems here. Last night at the reception all I saw was smiling faces. And for me that's what it's about—everyone excited and connected, pushing themselves to be better.”
“You’re not gonna learn this in a one hour session on Google Meet. Come in, sit down, hands-on with the right educators up front in the room. Ask questions, answer questions. You’ve gotta be able to have dialogue with your peers. That’s the importance of bringing everyone together here.”
I just wanted to let you know that all the feedback I've gotten on Crystal [the DJ] has been so amazing—thank you so much for working with us and bringing this excitement to our event!
