BD: Sales Enablement Virtual Tool
BD, a multinational medical technology company, needed a virtual tool that would help their salesforce engage prospects over calls in an increasingly remote world.
CHALLENGE
With the sudden move to remote work at the start of the pandemic, BD’s connected medication management team found themselves in need of something that could help replace the in person presentations to potential customers that they were used to. They wanted something that would help visualize the pitch and illustrate solutions.
STRATEGY
We conceptualized and collaboratively developed an interactive medical campus that let sales reps take prospects on a virtual tour of their connected medication management solutions, launching videos, demos, and impact animations. By showing the various areas of a health system that BD’s solutions serve, the tool also improves cross-selling.
IMPACT
Though created during the Covid-19 pandemic, it was so popular that BD’s connected medication management team still uses it to pitch and sell, whether virtually or in person. They are constantly working with Live Marketing to keep it up to date and have piqued the interest of other groups within BD who have considered getting a similar tool for themselves.
