Alliance for Global Inclusion: Virtual Learning Workshop
The Alliance for Global Inclusion wanted to host a workshop to educate and invite companies to become members of the coalition that works collectively to bring inclusivity and equity to the workplace.
CHALLENGE
Currently led by Intel, the Alliance for Global Inclusion asked Live Marketing to spearhead the production of a virtual learning session. Over the course of three hours, they wanted to share research findings, present recent results, and engage attendees with a workshop that would yield tangible next steps. Ultimately, they wanted the event to help them attract and engage new partner companies for the alliance.
STRATEGY
Prioritizing inclusivity in every part of the event, we helped plan, produce, and execute the virtual event which featured an ASL interpreter, a pre-recorded panel, a highly interactive live workshop with a 10X bestselling author, and three rounds of breakout sessions. Each of the nine breakout groups worked to apply learnings to different aspects of DEI and their actionable takeaways were summarized and sent to attendees after the event.
