IDEXX: North America and Europe Commercial Summits
Animal Health company, IDEXX, needed support producing a 3-day F2F sales event for 600+ attendees in both the U.S. & Europe.
CHALLENGE
Live Marketing was tasked with creating a sales event that could work in both European and North American markets.
IDEXX was also accustomed to doing two nights of offsite awards shows, but since the budget didn’t allow for it, Live Marketing was asked to come up with a compelling alternative.
STRATEGY
We worked closely with IDEXX to align on goals for both the North American and European salesforce. Using those goals, we created a theme and look that could extend into both markets but that could scale appropriately as the regions had differing budgets. Live Marketing managed all pre- and day-of production in both locations.
For the awards show, we reconfigured the event into the existing space where the general sessions were taking space. Because it was an auditorium, we leaned into an Academy Awards feel, leveraging production elements like lighting, motion graphics, and music to elevate the event while saving money.
To pull off this event in the amount of time we had and be flawless is truly something to behold. It continues to be a joy to work with your team. Your hard work and expertise are admirable!
