Interwell Health: Merger Announcement
In late 2022, kidney care company InterWell Health merged with Fresenius Health Partners and Acumen Physician Solutions. They wanted an engaging way to announce the merger and reveal the new Interwell Health brand to all employees in a hybrid event.
CHALLENGE
This merger announcement was a late addition to an unrelated event already in the works, giving us three weeks to bring it to life. Our challenge was to deliver a wow factor that would engage employees, working within the parameters of the existing event, compressed timeline, and limited budget.
STRATEGY
Live Marketing coordinated all event elements to create a seamless hybrid event experience for in-person and remote attendees.
Using a lot of production problem-solving, we explored all angles to find ways we could work with what was already being done for the other event. Where necessary, we worked closely with the client to make strategic tweaks to the original plan that would benefit both events.
To engage employees from across the three now-joined organizations, we used attendee provided clips to create video content.
IMPACT
The event was a success, connecting 70 people in the room and hundreds more virtually with the company’s new leadership.
